Pastor Adrian D’monte comes from a nominal Christian home and encountered the living God at the age of 18 while seeking truth and meaning in life. Through reading and studying the Bible, he came to understand Jesus Christ as God incarnate. From 1995, he began sharing the Gospel, and in 1998 was led by the Lord to minister to individuals seeking answers to life’s existential struggles, including village ministry around Chennai (Madras). He later preached and taught across churches in India. In 2005, he migrated to Melbourne, Australia, where he served for 12 years in an independent house fellowship. Pastor Adrian holds qualifications in Commerce, a Master’s in Social Work specialising in Psychiatry, and Applied Sciences (Disability) from RMIT University.

Pastor Ruth D’monte comes from a Hindu family in Chennai and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour at the age of 10. She grew in faith through Christian education, personal Bible study, Spirit-filled fellowship, and baptism. She has a strong passion for worship and serves as a worship leader at Intercross Church. Pastor Ruth holds degrees in Microbiology, with post-graduate studies in Microbiology and Hospital Management.

Married in 2011, Pastors Adrian and Ruth are blessed with two daughters, Lydia and Esther. Together, they served in an independent house fellowship before being led to Intercross Church, where Pastors Laurie and Kaye Bull recognised God’s calling upon their lives and passed on the baton of senior leadership.
